"One of my favorite parts about Core83 is the management. They are super friendly and responsive to any resident concerns, and they have coffee and cookies in the lobby every day for residents and visitors. There has been extremely quick turnaround for any maintenance concerns we've had (less than 24 hours), and once a month the building hosts resident events with food, pets, and crafts! I absolutely love living at Core83 and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Redmond."

"My family and I have been fortunate to live at the Ashford for many years. It is a great community and a wonderfully maintained facility. The staff are friendly and efficient and the rent is very affordable for living within the Seattle City Limits. We are within walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurant options and there is a public library within a block of the Ashford. There is also a major Metro bus line that runs frequently nearby. A great place to live all and all!"

"We lived there for 1.5 years with our 2 young kids before moving overseas. The management is really nice and helpful, trying to shuffle parking spots whenever possible to arrange everybody, keeping us informed on the progress of constructions and answering all questions or concerns in a timely manner. The location is great: minutes walking from Main Street, Downtown Park, Meydenbauer Beach Park, Bellevue and Lincoln square. Apartments are large, and clean. The buildings look way better after the renovations done in 2015. The whole site is really family friendly."

"I lived here for four years and moved out only because I was leaving Seattle. I've had a great experience here, and I have to say the front office is super helpful. They help take care of packages and are responsive and friendly. I'm already missing them in my new place. They were also honest and easy to deal with regarding anything that needed to be fixed in the apartment, renewing leases, and dealing with the move out process. The area is great. Close to public transit to the east side, U-district, and more. Lots of great restaurants and bars. Very walkable area. You'll hear noise from the outside, but it didn't bother me so I didn't notice it very much. Can't recommend the place more!"

"We moved here a few months ago. Right away felt welcomed by Heather and her staff! The grounds are well kept up, plenty of parking and a very peaceful place to live!!! The location is great, you are off the beaten path! I was on the patio yesterday...looked into the woods just behind our building. There were 2 deer grazing! Beautiful!! Yet, you are still so close to Gilman Village, Several Great Restaurants and all that Downtown has to offer. We Love it here!!! Everything is functioning as it should and was immaculate upon move in!! I would highly recommend Chopaka. Especially due to the management team. So friendly and personable!"

"I previously lived on Capitol Hill during graduate school and once I graduated I moved to West Seattle and found myself at the CityWatch Apartments. I have loved it the past three years! The staff is wonderful, friendly, and professional. Piia, the manager is great about communicating with you if/when you need anything. The maintenance guys, David and Garret, are terrific, get the repairs done the same day or as soon as possible without any fuss. The location is great! So close to gyms, banks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bus lines, downtown, and even just a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. The rent is one of the more affordable in the West Seattle area and the apartments are updated and cozy! There are two rooftops with BBQs for renters to enjoy. This place really can't be beat!"

"It's been many years since I lived in an apartment, but recently I rented a small unit at The Marlborough. The staff here is extremely friendly, sensitive to the needs of its tenants. The building is well-constructed and recently renovated. While we are located between two major hospital campuses, the noise is tolerable. I am especially impressed with the maintenance of this building and garden grounds. And even though the management allows pets, especially dogs, I rarely hear barking. A fine and convenient place to live near the heart of downtown Seattle."

"The Sidney is a great place to live and our favorite apartment building in Seattle (and we've been in quite a few). Jeny and Sara are awesome, they were both always helpful, considerate and patient with any request we had. Maintenance was taken care of promptly and efficiently by Aaron and the rest of the maintenance staff. The prices are very reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. Mostly I can say the staff at the Sidney treated us with respect, like neighbors, and not like a cold corporate machine like some other rental buildings in Seattle. The other reviews here detailed the amenities and the advantages of the Sidney, so I won't repeat them. I'll only say that they're all still accurate. This is a truly great building, we had a wonderful year here and we really felt like it was a home. The only reason we're leaving is because we're moving to the east coast."

"I've lived here since 2008. The resident manager Missy is courteous, professional, and conscientious. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and expertly by the resident property manager. Communication with them was easy, effective, and timely. The location is great - close to 520 and 405; walking distance to parks, downtown Kirkland, and Houghton; and with panoramic views of the lake. The units and grounds are well maintained and clean. We have especially enjoyed the plum trees. This complex had all the amenities which were important to me - a play court for my daughter, assigned parking spaces plus additional visitor parking, optional garage rentals, and individual storage areas. The community is respectful - no loud noise or crime. Excellent value for its location, amenities, and quality of the on site management."

"I have been a resident at the Shangri La Apartments in Bothell now for nearly FOUR years, was thinking three. Prior to Shangri La I've lived at several local apartment communities. I am happy to say that Shangri La is BY FAR the best of the lot! Julie, the property manager is a genuinely caring, courteous & professional individual, she is always available and quick to address my needs. John, her new man in charge of maintenance runs a tight ship, the trash rooms & grounds are always super clean & tidy, I think the guy must sneak in on his day off just to make sure things are looking good."

"I enthusiastically recommend The Citywatch Apartments. It is conveniently located in the heart of Jefferson Square neighborhood, walking distance from a weekly farmers market, Safeway, QFC, and Trader Joe's. The staff is warm and welcoming, they treat everyone like family. They also have a 24 hour emergency maintenance line, an office staff that calls back next day, ample parking, and the best views of downtown Seattle!"

"I could tell you that the Marlborough is beautiful and charming; that it's walking distance to dining, markets, and entertainment; but what really struck me is that it felt like home. The staff work hard to make sure everyone's needs are met, even if it's something as simple as looking in on your dogs during fire alarm testing to make sure they are ok. They also take the time to look up from what they are doing to greet you, or flash a smile if they are with someone. The building also has a couple of party's a year, because of this, and the small size of the building, you get to know your neighbors and develop a sense of community. We really enjoyed our time at the Marlborough. We would still be there if work had not brought us to Dallas. I would recommend living here if you want a great living experience."

"I have lived at the Sidney since March 2014 and I absolutely LOVE it. The property manager Sara and her team are amazing and they go above and beyond to accommodate the residents. Unlike many of the new buildings in Belltown, the Sidney does not have a corporate feel, in fact when I first moved in I thought it was self-managed because it felt so "homey" and the staff genuinely care about the building and residents. I have lived in other buildings where the property management company was such a nightmare and this is completely the opposite at the Sidney. The property is very well maintained, clean, and has modern furnishings. The few occasions that I had a maintenance request, it was fixed the same day! Location: The location is great because there is always plenty of street parking for visitors, it's quite at night, yet only two blocks away for the Belltown nightlife. Noise: I have never had any issues with noise, in fact I have never even heard my neighbors. Parking: plenty of parking spots in the garage and never any vandalism or theft (I often leave my car unlocked and have never had issues). Other residents: everyone (including their dogs) that I have met in the building have been extremely friendly."

"My wife and I moved in a few days before May and we love it! Megan, Genevieve, and Angel are great! They were so helpful and responsive to e-mails while in the process of moving in and signing our lease. Two of the construction guys saw us struggling moving in our sofa bed and they sprang into action without us saying a word! Talk about hospitality! Our pup was very spoiled by our last place and all the staff here stepped up to the plate and Kona is happy as can be! I was sad to see the manager Megan leave so soon, but it was with good reason, she went on maternity and the new manager Sarah is just as sweet. The girls here are so personable and friendly, they constantly ask if they can do anything more for you. Our apartment layout is perfect for our needs. We had told Genevieve we wanted a 1 bedroom plus den since my wife needs a home office, they only had 1 & 2 bedrooms, but right away Genevieve told us she had a layout that was perfect for us and she delivered! When we first moved in one of the elevators was down for a few days (minor kinks to be expected in a spanking new construction!) and what did we find tucked in an envelope underneath our door? A gift card for a local restaurant for the "inconvenience," say what?? That was an awesome little extra they did that was definitely not needed. It allowed us to go out on a date night and explore the neighborhood because I almost forgot to mention everything is 10 minutes walking distance!!!"

"I have been a resident at Shangri La since 2014 & absolutely LOVE it here! The community manager Julie & Marco her counterpart, in charge of maintaining the property are just FANTASTIC! They are both, so very friendly & have addressed whatever minor issues I have encountered promptly. Typically emails sent to them are answered within an hour! I ALWAYS find Julie at her desk when I need her. I love the fact that Shangri La is a secure building, with (available) secure indoor garage parking. Most importantly it is a 100% smoke-free property. The apartments are very upscale & nicely appointed. I have included a photo of my apartment taken just prior to my move-in. I think I can safely say that you WILL BE happy here, consider Shangri La. Highly recommended!"

As excited as we are about the house, we are truly going to miss Chopaka. We always said from the day we moved in that this was going to be our home until we bought a house, because no other apartment in Issaquah could compare!"

"The BEST apartment I have lived in while in Seattle! My partner and I have lived in the building now for over a year and a half. The building just got a new gym and laundry room. Tana and Sarah always are willing to go the extra mile always prompt and professional in all dealings. WOW how about that outdoor garden! I would recommend living in the Marlborough to anyone who can afford it. I think the person who left the negative review must have had some type of mental issue as I have not experienced any type of problem in this building."
